Deleum Berhad’s presence in Malaysia’s oil and gas industry began in 1982 with the establishment of its wholly owned subsidiary, Deleum Services Sdn. Bhd. (formerly Delcom Services Sdn. Bhd.).
In 2005, the company became a public limited entity and later adopted the name Deleum Berhad. On 1 June 2007, it was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as an investment holding company.
Since then, Deleum has grown from an agent-principal operator into a diversified group operating two core segments: Power & Machinery and Oilfield Integrated Services, delivering turbine, well service, chemical and maintenance solutions.
