Well Technology Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as WELLTECH) was established in 2020, located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, a mixed ownership company jointly initiated by China Oilfield Services Co. LTD and Foshan Nanhai Zhong-nan Machinery Co.,LTD. WELLTECH is the first digital intelligent production line of the “Xuanji” system(rotary steerable drilling and-logging while drilling technology) independently developed by CNOOC.
