Energy Education University Programme

Final-year undergraduate students in science, geoscience, and engineering from across Asia are invited to participate in a bespoke programme at OTC Asia. The programme offers students valuable insight into the energy industry, enabling them to return to their universities with a positive experience to share. It also provides opportunities to engage with major industry employers seeking top talent from institutions throughout the region.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Workshop

This workshop explores key issues and challenges surrounding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) within the energy industry. It provides a platform to share progress, propose high-level recommendations, and shape the future direction of DE&I initiatives. The session brings together HR professionals, senior executives, DE&I advocates, and industry leaders to foster dialogue on building more inclusive workplaces and driving meaningful, systemic change across the sector.

The Next Wave

The Next Wave is a programme designed for young professionals and emerging leaders. It offers participants the opportunity to network with seasoned industry experts, gain insights into key challenges and opportunities, and receive guidance on maximising their career potential.

Energy Education Workshop

This workshop introduces local high school students and teachers to the diverse opportunities within the energy industry. Through engaging talks with industry professionals, hands-on energy-themed activities, a guided tour of the exhibition, and a visit to Petrosains, participants gain valuable insights into the science, technology, and careers that power the sector.
